Camosun College Student Scholarships
Two scholarships of $750 each have been awarded for Camosun College students: 2nd year apprentice David Lundie (now completed his Red Seal) and 3rd year apprentice Lisa Wolff.
David Lundie
David’s passion for the culinary arts was without a doubt one of his strongest attributes. He loved everything that had to do with modern gastronomy yet respected the classics from which they evolved. Always looking to push the envelope, David methodically went about his business in the utmost professional manner. His cheerful disposition made him a very easy to talk to and communicative student whom was admired by his peers.
Lisa Wolff
Lisa exuded such a bubbly yet professional attitude and demonstrated a very strong set of skill that propelled her to the top of her extremely talented class. Hard work and determination was only overshadowed by her love and passion for fine food and the culinary arts. Lisa exhibited a very high level of knowledge in all aspects during her third year of training. The future could only be bright for this talented young lady.
